International Technology Acquires Imperial Technology

CAMBRIDGE, Nov 1, 2007--International Technology, a division of International Venture Groups has agreed to acquire Imperial Technology, a strong player in IT equipment sales, IT services provider and integrator field. This move strengthens International Technology's portfolio in the business space and manufacturing vertical. International Technology anticipates a closing date for the transaction in the first quarter of its 2008 fiscal year.
